having Maximum cross sectional area up to 50 sq mm, Maximum
Winding Diameter: 1000 mm, Maximum winding length: 1200
mm
Mandrel: Expandable mandrel can be supplied. Maximum mandrel rotation
speed: 450 RPM. Tail stock end can be opened to unload the
coils.

DRIVE CONTROLS: By AC/DC Motor, Six-speed gear box can be
provided.
Brake: Pneumatic disc brake.

Digital controls with MMI Traverse Drive By AC Servo system
consisting of AC Servo motor and AC Servo drive and ball screw.
Working cycle is controlled by a CNC Computer, MMI Key Pad Allows
to program the winding sequence (slow downs, stops, speed-ups, and
starts) according to the design specifications and allows to store
different programs so as to produce winding as already
stored.
