Spool Holding: Pintle type between Head Stock and Tail Stock. Machine will be fabricated construction with Head stock, Tail Stock Traverse assembly, Motor, etc mounted on common bed. 

Tail Stock: Tail Stock with screw type/Pneumatic/Hydraulic adjustments provided for pintle movement. 

Traverse: By Rollring traverse. Very fine control of traverse pitch and traverse stroke length to have compact winding.

Drive to traverse shaft provided from spool shaft for automatic speed synchronization. 

Main Drive: We offer the machines with D C motor or A C motor or Torque motor drives with variable frequency / Thyristor drive controls. 

Tension Roller/constant linear speed: Automatic, Encoder/ Dancer assembly can be provided. The ability to provide torque in an adverse environment is the advantage tension roller.

Brake: By Electromagnetic Brake / A C Thruster Brake/ Pneumatic disc brake provided. 

Bobbin Loading/Unloading: Hydraulic jack/ramp 

Wire Drawing Machine : The wire rod to be drawn is pointed in the Wire Pointing Machine. This pointed wire is inserted through the die of the first Wire Drawing Machine and fastened to a locking device on the drum. The drum is then started. As the drum rotates, the wire fastened to the drum gets pulled and coiled around the drum. Since the wire getting pulled is passed through the die having a higher inlet diameter and a lower outlet diameter, the drawn wire diameter gets reduced.

Filament winding : Filament winding is a fabrication technique for creating composite material structures. The process involves winding filaments under varying amounts of tension over a male mould or mandrel. The mandrel rotates while a carriage moves horizontally, laying down fibers in the desired pattern. The most common filaments are carbon or glass fiber and are coated with synthetic resin as they are wound. Once the mandrel is completely covered to the desired thickness, the mandrel is placed in an oven to solidify (set) the resin. Once the resin has cured, the mandrel is removed, leaving the hollow final product.

We supply Spooling machines with bobbin traversing suitable for spool weight up to 300 kg. Rollring Traverse is used for traversing the spool. The winder traverses the spool for a smooth and even winding. The spooled material remains perfectly in line which eliminates lateral stress, pulling and the risk of deformation that is normally associated with winding flat, delicate or brittle materials that are prone to breakage, tearing and twisting.
