Application : Automatic tension controlled Layer winding of Copper or Aluminium stripin bobbins.Bobbin is traversed and strip is guided through a stationary tensioning stand. The linear movementis with servo motor and ball screw as per program done through HMI and PLC

Machine Construction : Machineis offabricatedconstruction of robust design. Thebobbinloaded betweenhead stockand tailstock.
Head stock and Tail stock Gearbox, Drive motor, Reduction gear box, Loading platform with accessories etc.are mountedon a platform supported on linear motion system with 4No rail and16number Runnerblock.
Theplatform with Bobbin and associated assemblies will be traversing on a machined base frame and thes trip will be guided to the bobbin from the stationary tension in grollerstand and will be layer wound.
Servomotor with ball screw is provided for reciprocating movement of platform.
Double decker Take up : We offer double decker take up for bobbin flange diameter up to 800 mm with bobbinmounted in two rows one above the other. Each Take up is provided with individual Motor, Traverse assembly, Tension and Speed control System and Electronic Counter.

Bobbin Loading : Pintle type between head stock and tail stock. Pintle will be suitable to bobbin bore and will be made of alloy steel.
Head stock : Gear box will be Robust design and shaft is assembled on heavy duty bearings with grease lubrication.
Tail Stock : Sturdy gear box with heavy duty bearings is provided for tail stock shaft assembly. The tail stock is pneumatically operated with two number Air cylinder. Solenoid valve, Non return valve, Flow control valve provided for the operation .All Pneumatic components will be Festo Make.
Bobbin Loading and Unloading : Motorized With AC Geared motor. Loading Platform is mounted on a carrier with six number Linear bearing and two number hardened and hard chrome plated Guide shaft.
Brake : Disc brake / Electromagnetic brake.
Drive : With suitable AC Motor and reduction gear box. AC motor will be operated in torque mode maintaining uniform line speed and tension.
Drive Transmission : Timer Belt.
Traversing arrangement :The platform is traversed with precision rolled ball screw assembly with Servo motor drive. The linear speed synchronized with bobbin speed. Pitch, Bobbin width, Bobbin speed, Strip size, Winding length, Preset length, Mode, Traverse direction, Home position, Line speed etc. are programmed and displayed in the HMI.
Program can be stored and recalled. Traverse reversal will be automatic, Home position will be defined. Pitch setting will be on HMI as per conductor size. Speed synchronization between spooler drive motor and servomotor is through HMI, PLC and encoder. Proximity switches areprovidedfor reversal end limit control.
Tensioning stand : Suitable Stationary tensioning roller stand is provided for guiding the Strip. Strip guide assembly will be complete with number of vertical and horizontal rollers, Finger assembly with motorized movement in Y axis. Finger assembly is provided to takecareofproperwinding ofstrip, thefingerpositionwill be adjusted as the winding layer increases and the movement will be motorized and operated automatically.
Length Counter : Length can be preset and actual length is displayed in the HMI.
Control Panel. Control panel with Siemens make AC drive, Servo motor, Servo drive, PLC, HMI with all accessories are supplied. HMI will display status of winding progress. Tension and Speed control Potentiometer is provided inthe operating desk .PLCprogram backupis provided.
Safety Guard and Covers : Machine will be totally enclosed and with sliding doorwith safety interlocks on the front side.
