Heavy duty Payoff Stand
Application : Tension controlled unwinding of Cable, Conductor or Wire Rope. Pay off will be suitable for loading Wooden or Steel drum up to 10 tons.

Machine construction : Payoff stand will be of fabricated construction and sturdy design. Payoff stand consists of two sets of columns with pintle assembly mounted on a common frame. Pintle assembly is movable on the column and two sets of columns are also movable individually or simultaneously.

Drum Loading : On Pintle assembly mounted between 2 vertical columns. The columns are movable in X-axis and Pintle assembly are movable on Y-axis. Pintle and Column movements are motorized for easy loading and unloading of the Drum. AC geared motor with torque limiter provided. Pintles will be suitable to bobbin bore and can be interchanged.
Loading / unloading : Drum can be loaded from the floor level. Drum lifting and lowering as well pintle movement motorized for easy loading unloading.
Tension control : Disc brake with precision Air pressure regulator
Brake : Disc brake
